Before striking your 1st yoga pose, Keren will sit down with you to understand your goals & review your physical & mental health assessment. She will customize a yoga practice and guide you through yoga postures, breathing exercises, relaxation &/or meditation and offer techniques to help manage your mood based on what your body & mind need that session.

  • explore a series of yoga poses and breathing exercises customized for your needs

  • practice each yoga pose safely & modify as needed

  • be present during the yoga practice to be able to notice the effects of the practice

  • Every session winds down with a guided relaxation that is sure to transport you to your happy place.
