Chillasana Yoga is rooted in Ashtanga and combines other yoga traditions and techniques to customize a yoga practice tailored for your current physical and mental health needs. Chillasana Yoga offers one-on-one instruction, on-site workplace wellness programs & workshops.

PRIVATE CLASSES

Before striking your 1st yoga pose, Keren will sit down with you to understand your goals & review your physical & mental health assessment. She will customize a yoga practice and guide you through yoga postures, breathing exercises, relaxation &/or meditation and offer techniques to help manage your mood based on what your body & mind need that session.

  • explore a series of yoga poses & breathing exercises customized for your needs
  • practice each yoga pose safely & modify as needed
  • be present during the yoga practice to be able to notice the effects
  • every session winds down with a guided relaxation sure to transport you to your happy place.
