Before striking your 1st yoga pose, Keren will sit down with you to understand your goals & review your physical & mental health assessment. She will customize a yoga practice and guide you through yoga postures, breathing exercises, relaxation &/or meditation and offer techniques to help manage your mood based on what your body & mind need that session.
