YOGA for BEGINNERS
This practice is designed to introduce aspiring yogis to traditional yoga poses, breathing exercises, yoga terminology & provide a solid foundation to take home or a group class. Yoga postures are taught at a slower pace to allow time to modify postures to ensure proper body alignment, to fully benefit from the pose & avoid injury. At the end of class, students receive a handout including simple sequences to practice at home to get their daily dose of yoga.
